First of all try to learn about VPN if you have not any information about it. But if you have any information about it then you are lucky person(just jocking ). VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. You can also call it as a hidden network. By using this kind of technique you can also change the location of your country. It means that you can do all the tasks on web that are not allowed for your country. Like if you are from PAKISTAN then you can Visit YouTube by using any of VPN Software. VPN softwares can also hide your IP Address so it can be more Dangerous for you. Don't log in any paying site in which sites IP is majour issue. But some times it did not hide your IP Address, It did change it. Many VPN softwares are available on the Internet Download any VPN Software, install it and enjoy service. 2)By Using MS-DOS
MS-DOS is a Member of Microsoft Operating System Family. It is not user-friendly, it means you can complete your task with MS-DOS only by using DOS- Commands. Now if you wants to change your IP address then you have to follow these steps.
- Open MS-DOS
- Type command 'ipconfig' ( Your current will be displayed, copy it.)
- Now type 'ipconfig/release' ( This command will help you to gain new IP from ISP)
- Shutdown Your system and unplug internet cables
- Restart again and again type 'ipconfig' in MS-DOS
- Now compare old and new IP Address.

Nice blog useful for those who dont know anything about how to change ip address ..I followed the MS-DOS techniques which you mentioned here and easily changed my ip address ..Then i visited sites like Ip-Details.com to find my present network ip address .....
